Subworkit Escrow Payment Protection
Every payment on Subworkit is protected by our secure escrow system. When you book a service, your payment is held in a protected escrow account — the provider only receives funds after you confirm the job was completed to your satisfaction. No risk of paying for work that is not done.
How Escrow Works
- Step 1 — Book — select your provider and confirm the booking. Your payment is captured and held in escrow.
- Step 2 — Job Completion — the provider completes the work and marks the job done in the app.
- Step 3 — Confirmation — you receive a notification to confirm the job is complete. Review the work and approve.
- Step 4 — Release — upon your confirmation, funds are released to the provider. You also leave a rating and review.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern about the quality of work, you can open a dispute before releasing funds. Subworkit's trust and safety team reviews the case and mediates a fair resolution. In confirmed cases of provider failure, funds are returned to the customer.
Supported Payment Methods
Subworkit accepts all major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and SWIV token payments. All transactions are encrypted with TLS 1.3 and processed by PCI-compliant payment infrastructure.
