- Right of Access — request a copy of the personal data Subworkit holds about you
- Right to Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data on your profile
- Right to Erasure — request deletion of your account and associated data (right to be forgotten)
- Right to Data Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
- Right to Restrict Processing — limit how Subworkit uses your data in specific circumstances
- Right to Object — object to processing for direct marketing purposes
- Right to Withdraw Consent — withdraw consent for optional data uses at any time via account settings
How to Exercise Your Rights
Submit a data request via your account settings, or contact our data protection team through the contact page. We respond to all GDPR requests within 30 days as required by law. For account deletion, you may also use the self-service deletion endpoint at POST /api/accounts/gdpr/delete-account/.
Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected, or as required by law. Booking and payment records are retained for tax and legal compliance purposes. See our full Privacy Policy for detailed retention periods.
